望交迄今为止报道的大多数钙钛矿阻变层都是基于薄膜形式。

下半(D)Ag/MAPbCl3NWs/AlRe-RAM器件在不同温度下的低阻态保持时间测试。隋明东先生强调,年国内一方树始终秉持着一件事,做十年,十年只做一件事的理念。
